“This is the most interesting interview about garden roses. I think that every florist should see this and share it. ” -Alina Neacsa
We believe Alina Neacsa is a top floral designer in Romania, and her students benefit tremendously from her experience. This November Alina was in the Netherlands to attend the floral master class by Ercole Moroni. After this she interviewed managing director of Parfum Flower Company, Wouter de Vries. We would love to share this interview with you!
But first, who is Alina Neacsa?
Alina Neacsa is the owner and general manager at Flori cu Fitze, a Romanian event company. She is a successful master florist and event organizer. With over 12 years of experience, Alina worked as General Manager for a company that administered 5 ballrooms and organized more than 200 events annually.
Alina discovered her talent and passion for floral arrangements after a long chain of disappointments in the quality of services delivered by the florists she was working with. Lacking the support of qualified floral designers in Romania, Alina started using her own floral decorations for the events she organized! In her quest to improve her creations and to achieve higher quality standards, she attended formal training courses at U.K. FLORISTRY SCHOOL in London, under the supervision of Ian Lloyd, a world-renowned designer and top florist in England.
In time, Alina Neacsa became a recognized floral designer, who developed her own spectacular style characterized by elegance and usage of innovative flower combinations. We know she is a fan of David Austin Wedding Roses in particular!
And of course all Tambuzi Roses
From the very beginning Alina Neacsa wished to share her expertise with anyone driven by a similar passion for flowers. Alina created a series of educational workshops, intended both for beginners and experienced florists, where she presents various floral arrangements techniques as well as business insights. Her Masterclass, unique in Romania, encourages the students to pursue their own ideas, explore their creativity, while offering a wide and rich assortment of flowers as working materials. Especially Alina is fond of using scented roses from Tambuzi in Kenya.
But that is not the only reason the courses are highly sought after. Alina is just really good! The participants increased their love for flowers and they learned how to enhance the beauty of the roses through creative designs.
Enough with the talking and time to enjoy watching this interview with Wouter de Vries!
